What to Expect in a Coaching Session

Transpersonal coaching sessions provide a balance between inner enquiry and practical strategies for daily life. Coaching sessions are tailored to the client so we will work together to find what works best for you.
Clients often come to sessions with a particular challenge or a general sense of overwhelm. In a typical session clients will be invited to share the issues that are coming up for them. Through gentle guidance I will support clients to tap into their calm, steady centre from where they can often bring forward insights and fresh perspectives around their problem areas, which we will then explore together.
If the client is comfortable with the approach, meditative and somatic techniques can be employed during sessions. Sessions will move towards identification of practical strategies for daily life.
Clients leave sessions with more spaciousness around their stuck points, widened perspectives, fresh ideas and feeling more resourceful, receptive and resilient in the face of daily life.
Coaching sessions generally take place online (via Zoom) and last for 60 minutes. Longer sessions up to 90 minutes can be arranged if needed. I recommend committing to 3 sessions at the outset, at weekly or fortnightly intervals, which we can adjust if circumstances change. I offer a free introductory call for you to establish if you would like to proceed with coaching with me.
A 1 hour coaching session costs £70.
